CHEF COOK
For this special place, we are looking for a Head Chef who wants to make a difference. Someone who, together with the team, creates a fine dining experience that guests come back for especially. As Head Chef, you are ultimately responsible for the kitchen and lead the kitchen team on a daily basis. You maintain quality, inspire your colleagues, and are fully present on the work floor yourself. With an eye for detail and a passion for cooking, you ensure that every dish that leaves the kitchen is a calling card for Kasteel Doenrade.
FRONT OF HOUSE EMPLOYEE
As a Front of House employee, you are the driving force behind every warm welcome for the guests. You primarily work in the restaurant but step in where needed in the hotel. You sense what a guest needs and always handle it with care.You enjoy variety in your work and take pleasure in pampering our guests. Whether it's service in the restaurant, support during check-in, or an additional request in between, you proactively take it on!
DISHWASHER STAFF
You love taking action and ensure that everything is clean, shiny, and in order. In the dishwashing area, you are the silent force: indispensable for the kitchen and service. We are looking for a dishwashing staff member who ensures that everything keeps running smoothly.
KITCHEN STAFF MEMBER
You ensure dishes that are right in taste, presentation, and timing. Together with your fellow chefs and the service staff, you ensure a service that runs smoothly and feels good for the guest. To strengthen the kitchen team, we are looking for a kitchen staff member.
