FRONT OF HOUSE EMPLOYEE

Then we have a great place for you. At Kasteel Doenrade, we are looking for a Front of House employee who makes a difference from the first welcome.

Kasteel Doenrade is part of ECLECT - a hospitality label that is building an eclectic mix of characterful boutique hotels.

Your workday

No day is the same and that's exactly what you like. You mainly work in the restaurant, but easily step in where needed in the hotel – always with attention to the guests.

  • For the guests, you are the first face and ensure a hospitable experience from arrival to departure;
  • You prepare and serve the breakfast (buffet), ensure everything looks neat and inviting, and easily make a good cup of coffee.
  • You serve quickly and attentively, read your guests and know the right moment to make an extra suggestion, whether it's a glass of champagne or a surprising cocktail;
  • You work accurately so that orders are correct and guests can relax and enjoy.

Salary and employment conditions:

  • Salary according to Horeca CAO fitting in scale 4 and your experience | reference function all-round service employee || /// gross hourly wage: € 14.96 (20 years or older) excl. holiday pay;
  • Contract based on 38 hours or 0-hours:
    you enjoy working at different times, moments, and on weekends;
  • Pension scheme;
  • 25 vacation days based on 38 hours;
  • Good command of the Dutch or English language;
  • Room to grow, learn, and develop yourself within Kasteel Doenrade and other ECLECT hotels;
  • Extra nice: discount on overnight stays and food & beverages within all ECLECT hotels.
